Born and raised in Puglia, Vito Schiuma has spent the last two decades building a body of work that spans solo piano, trio format, and large-scale composition. His performances have taken him across Italy, Europe, and South America. Trained in classical piano from an early age, he later explored jazz and contemporary composition, developing a style that is at once technically rigorous and emotionally direct. He has released three albums to date — Oltremare (2016), Blue Bird (2025), and the ongoing Zweisamkeit cycle. His writing on music has appeared in various Italian publications, and his blog covers piano jazz, blues history, and reflections on the artistic process.
